Within our Team we have a qualified ESOL teacher…

• Make college applications and attending assessment days

• One to one or group learning opportunities; Individualised one to one sessions to support learning progress which includes reading, writing, spelling, basic grammar, conversational practice and physical activities (learning football terminology)

• Group sessions to create more interaction between learners and enhance learning, often promoting Equality and Diversity, tolerance and cultural differences

• Support exploring the local area for ‘communities’ of the young person’s origin (finding a local church or mosque)

• Using a combination of ‘Apps’ to help translate and how to use them effectively

• Literature in Arabic.
