Social Housing / Housing Benefit

We are a member of the National Landlords Association. Our Social Housing / Housing Benefit model is Modern, unique, bright and comfortable, with stylish furnishings and décor. It is within the Manchester area.

The provision accommodates up to 3 Tenants, the model has been designed for those who are post 18 and qualify for Housing Benefit. There will be a weekly service charge for Gas, Electric, Water and WIFI, which each tenant will be responsible for paying.

• Each tenant will be asked to sign and keep a copy of there Licence to Occupy, which will be reviewed every 6 months in line with landlord checks

• All tenants will be provided with a 24-hour emergency repairs telephone number.

We also have some exciting news! We are also in the process of purchasing six, one-bedroom self-contained flats in the North Manchester area for our post 18 young people to transition into, from our other services who can then take on their own tenancy within the community.
