Our Semi-Independent Living provision is a purpose-built building with 15 self-contained trainer flats. All flats have a kitchenette, living space, bedroom and bathroom. All flats are Modern, unique, bright and comfortable with stylish furnishings and decor…

We provide a safe, nurturing and supportive environment with clear expectations and boundaries…

We encourage all young people to personalise their own flats with support from the staff team…

Our Semi-Independent provision has:

• 15 Individual flats which are furnished, keys to individual flats are provided to each young person

• A communal Lounge with TV and computer console

• A large communal Kitchen with several cooking stations

• Laundry room

• IT / Computer suite

• Recreational / Games room

• Fitness suite / gym

• MUGA pitch – Multi Use Games Area

• Large Garden area to the rear and sides of building

• WIFI
