Over the last four weeks all of the Holistic Approaches Team in turn have attended and achieved the standards set out by the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) underpinning the core values of care, welfare, safety and security within the MAPA Programme.
This in turn will enable our team members to effectively manage challenging and aggresive behaviours in the least restrictive manor whilst promoting therapeutic reengagement.
All of the team enjoyed the course delivered by our in -house CPI Instructor Mathew Micklethwaite.
