On Saturday 9th July, Casicare Holistic Approaches in its commitment to local community events along with local charities, we were proud to sponsor the Prestwich Commercial Road Run lead by Mr Frank Shatliff New for 2022 was the Casicare Holistic Approaches Trophy which was awarded to David Linden Rimmer for his participation in the road run. Congratulations to David.
Fun was had by all on the sunny day with drivers travelling from all over the country to participate and the community of Prestwich and their families coming out to see the array of vehicles taking part on the day. Drivers engaged with the local families allowing them to view the vehicles and ask questions about the history. Tesco in Prestwich where the road run started and finished, provided food and drink for the drivers and volunteers, raffles took place along with sales of the charity programme and over £200 was raised for the Military Veterans Society. A fantastic day was had by all.
We look forward to the 2023 event, which will be bigger and better and is becoming a hit with the local community.
